Greater Cleveland ASTD is dedicated to making the Greater Cleveland workforce more productive and competitive. Toward that purpose, the Chapter provides leadership, information and opportunities to promote the profession of workplace learning and performance in the Greater Cleveland community and provides professional development opportunities for our membership.

Workplace Performance Improvement. We will support and inspire individuals and organizations in their efforts to improve workplace performance and satisfaction through employee training and development.

Member Professional Development. We will create and promote a variety of opportunities for professional and personal networking, lifelong learning and professional development of our members for their own benefit, as well as that of their employers, employees, and the community at large.

Strategic Alliances. We will form partnerships with individuals and organizations to more effectively accomplish our mission to improve workplace learning and performance.

Information Sharing. We will improve the effectiveness of the profession through the development and sharing of information about human resource development, workplace learning and performance.

Support of the National Offices and Activities of ASTD. We will support the goals and increase the recognition of ASTD as the pre-eminent organization in the field of workforce development.
