Enhancing the Economy through Workforce Development
Each day we continue to see more evidence of the economic struggles that we face in Northeast Ohio. Rising costs and competition from abroad continue to affect our companies. Retaining a highly trained, highly capable and talented workforce has become a priority for most of us. Even with these challenges, each organization holds the key to survival, our most important asset – our workforce.
Greater Cleveland ASTD and Northeast Ohio ASTD invite you to start your day with insights from a regional, state and national perspective on initiatives that improve organizational performance and contribute to a sustainable economy.
October 17, 2008, 7:30-9:30 AM For leaders of Corporate/Non-Profit (Managers and above)
